STEP 3 -WHAT WE DO
We keep everybody that needs to be in touch--in touch. Who’s everybody?
- Customers/clients with Sales, Operations, Shipping, Accounting, etc.
- Shipping with Accounting, etc.
- Everybody with Management (wherever she/he/they are at the moment)
We keep track of and record things that are scheduled to happen and AS they happen.
We report to the Manager(s) (and to those others the Manager designates) the things that happen.
We provide easy access to the latest real time information.
We “strongly encourage” internal coordination by providing a system which funnels transactional information to those who need to know, when they need to know it. That’s why we think of ourselves as “Operations Coordinators.” Our system doesn’t forget.
We do it all with the highest regard for protection of confidentiality and data security.
