STEP 6 - HOW EXPENSIVE ISN'T IT?

We can’t answer that question exactly until we’ve had conversation with you to determine the size and some of the details of your operation.

After we’ve had that conversation we will give you (in writing, of course) a comprehensive and detailed specification of services to be performed including a fixed and all-inclusive monthly fee.

What we can tell you about the monthly fee right now is this…there is no way that you will pay us…even for the full range of our services…as much as you would spend (in real costs) for the basic skill level clerical person. We operate using expert skill level people, we keep them really busy and help you reduce your share of the costs.

While we will provide you with signed confidentiality and data security statements and written guarantees as to price increases, we do not require an extended contract. We think it makes good sense to operate on a month-to-month basis for at least 6 months. If at the end of 6 months you want to enter into an extended contract we will be happy to negotiate that with you. Fee payment is in advance, on the first business day of each calendar month.
